Mgr. Martin Smetana was registered in the list of lawyers maintained by the Czech Bar Association on 1 July 2001 under number 09089. From 1997 to 1998, he worked as a lawyer at the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic. In the years 1998 – 2023, he worked first as a law clerk, and then as a partner in several Prague law firms.
In his legal practice, Martin Smetana has long focused on the field of civil law, commercial law, administrative law, and legal relations in the field of real estate.
Martin Smetana also worked as deputy mayor of Chocerady.
