The year 2007 saw Tomáš Nevečeřal become a partner and attorney-at-law with Law Office Janstová, Smetana & Nevečeřal. Tomáš Nevečeřal graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague in 2004, when he also received an award of the Faculty of Law for excellent study results.
In his law practice, Tomáš Nevečeřal has long been engaged in public procurement law and concession law, having gained extensive experience in representing public contracting authorities from the ranks of state administration and self-administration authorities, and supporting these authorities in the areas of methodology and audits. Tomáš Nevečeřal also provides comprehensive legal support to suppliers operating on the European market in energy industry, building industry, information technologies, water management and transport. Other areas that Tomáš Nevečeřal pursues in his professional practice include, in particular, commercial law, with mergers and acquisitions, law of commercial contractual obligations and competition law, including public support, rights to intangible assets and representation in judicial and administrative proceedings.
In the context of his professional activities Tomáš Nevečeřal works as a member of the Government Legislative Council of the Czech Republic.
Tomáš Nevečeřal is also a member of the Remonstrance Commission of the Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic and a member of the Remonstrance Commission of the Chairperson of the Office for the Protection of Competition for public procurement issues.
Tomáš Nevečeřal is fluent in Czech and English.
