Law Office Janstová & Smetana provides its domestic and international customers with complex legal services in all spheres of the Czech law, with the emphasis on civil and commercial law and public contract law. Our clients especially value our high flexibility, personalized approach, reliability and utmost responsiveness to their needs.
Current clients of our Law Office include both natural persons and Czech and foreign legal persons operating in trade, energy industry, building industry, mechanical engineering, transport, water management or real estate administration. A great part of our clientele is composed of public administration authorities, including ministries and central administrative bodies, as well as self-government authorities across regions, cities, towns and municipalities.
